With two very successful ghost tours under our belt, Haunted Happenings are returning to Transylvania. Join us as we venture back to Romania where we will also have exclusive access to Bran Castle on an overnight ghost hunt. This European Tour will take you on a fantastic sightseeing experience taking in some of Romania’s most remarkable historic buildings including the Royal Palaces, ancient monuments and medieval citadels. These include a fascinating visit to the final resting place of Vlad The Impaler whose headless body lies in a Monastery that sits on its own island in the middle of a lake. We will also be visiting The Royal Palaces of Sinai which display wealth and beauty beyond belief and the Ancient Citadels that depict the Romanian existence from bygone years.
We will be flying from Luton Airport to Bucharest in Romania where we will be met by our very comfortable air conditioned tour bus and English speaking guide who will be accompanying us throughout our tour. You will also enjoy a 32kg luggage allowance for every guest as well as a cabin luggage allowance.
Haunted Happenings guests have also been invited to attend the famous Vampire Event at the Castle on 29th October and the Exclusive Overnight Ghost Hunt on 30th October. Our ghost hunts here in the past have been beyond extraordinary. We will also be visiting the Real Castle of Dracula at Poienari. This is a spectacular tour which offers even the most discerning traveller opportunities to visit medieval fortresses, travel through the Carpathian Mountains and to attend one of the most exclusive vampire events in the world, not to mention having exclusive access to one of the most amazing ghost hunts imaginable at this infamous Castle.
Your tour begins as we arrive at Luton Airport on 27th October 2016. You will be met by the Haunted Happenings Ghost Hunting Team who will be staying with you throughout your tour. On arrival we will be met by our comfortable, air conditioned coach and English Speaking Tour Guide and taken to our first port of call which will be to Bucharest, staying at the 4 star Hotel Ambassador in the heart of the City. Dinner will be at a lovely restaurant called La Taifas where the food is said to be excellent.
The next day, 28th October, after breakfast we will be able to explore Bucharest and do a spot of shopping before making our way to Snagov to visit the final resting place of the headless body of Vlad the Impaler. This body lies in a Monastery in the centre of a lake which is reached by footbridge. We will then make our way to Vidraru which is a small town in the mountains and our stop for the night at one of the wonderful hotels next to the lake in Poienari and the home of the real Castle of Count Dracula. We will have dinner in the hotel.
On 29th October, after breakfast, we will be making our way to the Real Castle of Count Dracula in Poienari. We will be having lunch at a restaurant close by which has spectacular views to an old fortress. We will then be making our way to Bran, over the Bran-Rucar in the Carpathian Mountains. On arrival at Bran you will be able to relax, unpack and have a delicious dinner before making our way to Bran Castle for the Vampire Event. We will advise you of clothing etc in good time so that you can ensure that you look your very best for this party. There is an excellent luggage allowance so no worries about how much you can pack.
The next morning, 30th October, We will be visiting Snagov which is an old Citadel on top of a mountain. This is such an amazing place which is reached by both coach and a train pulled by a tractor to get to the very top. Inside the mountain there is an old Citadel with quaint shops and displays of bygone times of those that once lived there. It really is such a surreal place to visit. We will have lunch close by and then make our way to Bran so that you can visit the Castle again and be given a guided tour of the Castle which will help you to get your bearings prior to one of the most amazing and terrifying ghost hunts later. That night we will have Bran Castle exclusively for our overnight ghost hunt.
31st October, after a late breakfast we will be making our way back to Bucharest, Daytime Itinerary to be arranged. Dinner at Bucharest for an early night before our flight home on 1st November.

Testimonials from our Guests
"It was a great trip, and I feel lucky and blessed to have had the chance to go and experience such a beautiful country and the chance of being in Bran Castle in pitch black. The whole experience was amazing and personal messages are an added bonus along with making new friends and my 'bromance' (even though we not blokes ha) will continue forever, complete click of friendship. Thank you once again for an amazing trip"
"Had such an amazing time and you were all such great hosts. It was an absolute pleasure! I do wish you all the very best and would definitely go on another adventure with you. The group was lovely too and it was great getting to know everyone".
"The team from Haunted Happenings evidentially had put a lot of effort into making sure the maximum was achieved from the weekend with plenty of sights to see and with the help of a very knowledgeable tour guide we learnt a lot about the history of such and wonderful place, and of course the main event being the ghost investigation of Bran Castle by night at which we were not disappointed! Again the team made sure in the time we had that we covered as much of the castle as possible so we gained as much experiences as possible."
