A LAD helped take his gran to hospital - and found himself facing a black-cloaked GHOST.
Jake Bestwick, 12, saw the spirit rise up from the floor, with its head hidden under a hood.
He said yesterday: "It came through the floor about 20cm from my face. It stood in front of me for a few seconds and then vanished." The sighting was the latest to hit Derby's new Royal NHS Hospital after The Sun revealed it was haunted last year. Five staff reported seeing a dark-clad spirit and bosses called in an exorcist to get rid of it. Jake, of Langley Mill, Derbys, was with mum Gail, 45, taking gran Dorothy Campion to hospital. He did not know of our story during the sighting. But he said: "I know what I saw was a ghost." Experts say the spectre could be the spirit of a Roman soldier. Read more: from The Sun

Katie Price, hubby Alex Reid and friends joined ex Most Haunted star Yvette Fielding on ITV's Ghost Hunting with... for a night of frights on Saturday 21 August. Yvette guided Katie Price and friends around 3 haunted locations to see if they can find any supernatural activity. At times Alex Reid seemed to be unnerved by the experience and admitted that ghosts and ghoulies get him spooked.
Katie claims that when she is around electrical equipment something happens. She said "The tills shut down in every shop I went into. I did a shoot the other day and when I went near the gear it started playing up." "Me and electrics, it's weird."
