Your Event
Christmas is a fantastic time of year and a time for celebration. Why not celebrate with a difference this year and join the Haunted Happenings Team as we take you on an experience like no other.
Your event at the haunted Bull in Thorn, in Derbyshire will include a festive but spooky 3 course meal. Indulge in a Christmas supper with all the trimmings before we turn out the lights and take you on an extraordinary journey making contacts with the resident ghosts and spirits that inhabit this very haunted location.
You will be able to carry out workshops, using our equipment and work alongside our Medium and Paranormal team whilst we make contact with the dead. You can carry out experiments such as table tipping, glass moving and Ouija Board (optional) and also take part in vigils and séances.
This really is an event not to be missed. You are free to bring any filming equipment that you may wish to use as we love to see what or who you may capture on camera. Get your family and friends to be part of something that they will be talking about well into 2011.
Have to say that I had a good if not terrifying time on friday night (7 March 2008). This was my first experience of ghost hunting (hence the screaming!) and it could possibly be a while before I dare do it again. But I saw, heard and felt things that I could not rationally explain. To mention a few ... the incident in the pool room when Paul was thrown across the pool table followed by the bright flashes of light, the smell that keep drifting past, and the cold sensation on my hand where Clare said the dogs were licking it. In the childrens room I saw shadows drifting around the floor almost like waves, my neck burning and a slight feeling of something jumping up at me which made me feel very uncomfortable and I had to leave the room. Thanks to everyone involved for a most surprising evening, one which I'm sure my friends and I will never forget.
