The City of Derby is the Ghost Capital of England and The Georgian House Hotel will not let you down when it comes to living up to that fact. This Grade II listed building has given our guests and team a real run for their money and this is not surprising when you consider what goes on within its walls.
Rooms 10 and 12 seem to be the places to stay if you want to meet a ghost. The owner can relate many tales to you about these rooms and the experiences that people have had. They are going to ensure that both these rooms are available to Haunted Happenings on the night. We can therefore carry out our own vigils and attempt to discover the identity of these ghosts, as there are definitely more than one.
There have been other sightings of ghosts on the stairs and the landing at regular intervals. The reception area of the Georgian House Hotel is also very active. Paranormal activity is rife within the building. There seems to be a very good reason to investigate this old Hotel and we intend to meet the spooky residents.
The ghost hunt night will begin at 11pm. You will then be able to carry out your own investigation using our up to date ghost hunting equipment. We will then be carrying out seances and vigils in the most haunted areas of the building.
Refreshments will be served throughout the night. Dress warmly and bring a torch. Looking forward to seeing you there.

Just wanted to say what a tremendous evening me and my husband had on the 12th April at The Georgian House Hotel. As I am a bit of a sceptic but would like to believe there is some paranormal activity that particular night did not completely convinve me, but I will definitely be interested in attending another event.
