The Dark Satanic Mills of Armley are a haven for ghosts. This mill stands on land that has been used for milling since the middle of the 16th century, by the 1850s Armley mills had become the largest mill in the world. The working conditions were harsh and cruel. There were no regulations for the children and adults who were put to work here so they were freely treated in a barbaric and malicious manner with no accountability to anybody.
There are many areas for investigation at these mills. There have been so many sightings in many places ranging from children to sinister male figures. Screams have been heard by many and the machinery has actually turned itself on during an investigation here. It is definitely a dark and daunting location but one that we know will help us in our quest to find the answers we are looking for.
There will be plenty to do on your investigation here with Haunted Happenings and even the opportunity to carry out your own vigils if you are brave enough to do so. You will also be involved in many experiments in an attempt to elicit paranormal activity including Ouija Boards, Glass work, locked off objects, camera vigils and many more.
