We have the most amazing footage of paranormal activity caught at St. Mary's Guildhall which can be seen on our forum or video gallery.
Coventry is in the heart of England lying right in the middle of a wealth of ghostly history. This building will not let you down if you are a hardened ghost hunter. This building is very haunted and is notorious for its terrifying activity. This is not surprising as not only is it one of the largest medieval cities in the country but also one of the most important. St. Mary’s Guildhall was first built in the 1340’s for the merchant Guild of St Mary’s later merging with others to become the Trinity Guild.
Dick Whittington was included in this Guild who was the then Lord Mayor of London. The Princes Chamber is named after the Black Prince, son of Edward III who inherited the manor Cheylesmore, which included Coventry from his grandmother Queen Isabella in 1358.
There is no doubt that our event here could be terrifying and we are going with some trepidation. There has been so much activity here that we know that once again it is going to be an event full of action. We intend to carry out a séance in the undercroft and try to elicit some paranormal activity where we know many sightings of monks have been seen.
We are also going to watch our guests very carefully to see if their mood changes in areas where people have felt unusually very sad. The cloisters has seen some spectral activity where a man dressed in period clothes has often appeared to guests.
Poltergeist activity has been witnessed at St. Mary’s Guildhall on many occasions and people have had their clothes pulled and I am afraid to say sometimes people have been petrified. Stones have been thrown and people have complained of feeling sick.
You have to join us at our investigation at St. Mary’s Guildhall if you really want to experience the paranormal. You will not be disappointed.
I will definately be attending the workshop...how could i not guys? Thanks again for a fab night and see you again soon
