Most Haunted Location - Station Hotel

Unfortunately due to the misplacement of records it is impossible to research this location effectively. However, the paranormal encounters from guests and staff at this location led to the many investigations held at the Station Hotel in order to identify the spirits that do reside here. There have been many sightings here and a huge amount of poltergeist activity.

In 2003 Most Haunted visited the Station Hotel in Dudley along with Phil Whyman paranormal investigator, had some very strange and unnerving experiences. Yvette Fielding had taken several females to room 217 for an all female vigil, which produced some unexplained activity. A bed was seen to move and lights were seen in the corner of the room also Cath Howe sensed something touching her on the side of the face. In probably one of the most haunted rooms, 214 Most Haunted set up locked of camera’s which caught on film a chair moving by itself.

We will not spoil it for you by telling you here but suffice to say it was a very frightening experience. There are the haunted bedrooms as well as the very active cellar with its many rooms. One thing I will say is that you will need to be very brave to spend time alone near the barrel drop or the haunted bedroom, 214, where the bed and chair have moved on their own. This was actually caught on camera which was phenomenal to see.

Some very big stars have stayed here in the Station Hotel including George Formby, Bob Hope, Laurel & Hardy and Jonny Ray, due to the fact that it was considered very posh in its time.
